Shipping policy

We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we work to deliver every order on time, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at support@moradahaus.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
