How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@moradahaus.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating. If you haven't received tracking details, reach out to us at support@moradahaus.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing, so we can't guarantee changes — but contact us as soon as possible at support@moradahaus.com and we'll do our best to help.
